Book-keeping support and service

Save money with our reliable and efficient on- and off-site book-keeping service. We look after clients on-site in London and south-east England and as virtual book-keepers for any UK-based organisation.

We will make sure your data is kept up to date, reconciled, and provide regular and meaningful reports. When the VAT is due we'll provide the numbers and at the end of the year give all the completed work to your accountant on a plate, so that their expensive time is kept to an absolute minimum. We are comfortable with EU and international traders, charities and not-for-profit organisations. Payroll, VAT and P11D are all included in the service. For book-keeping we charge £20 per hour in-house and £25 per hour on-site.

We also provide training and software orientation at a flat fee charge of £150 per session. The session is at your premises to include as many people as you like. Follow-up telephone support is included in the fee.
